Where is the store?
You have arrived! Adorn Unlimited is an online store based out of Louisiana. Although we do allow pick and drop off at our home bases in New Orleans and Baton Rouge of Louisiana, we predominantly operate online.

Can you monogram something I already own?
Definitely! We are based in New Orleans, Louisiana and Baton Rouge Louisiana. If you'd like to mail us something or drop it off, contact us and we can give you further information on getting your item/s adorned.

Do you give discounts for bulk orders?
For sure! Everyone has a different definition of a bulk order, so please contact us with the quantity you are looking for, and any other information that would be needed so we can get you a quote!

Can I change my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately! Please note once your order has been placed, we are limited on the changes we can make.

Whats your return policy?
All of our products are final sale due to the personalized nature of adorned gifts. We are proud of the quality of our personalized gifts. Once we adorn an item for you, we cannot accept returns. If, within 30 days, you find one of the gifts has been damaged or have a quality issue, please contact us.

How can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, unfortunately we cannot make any refunds, cancellations, or returns due to the personalized nature of our adorned products.

Do you do custom orders?
For sure! If you'd like something that we don't currently offer online please contact us with the description of what you'd like, the quantity you are looking for, and any other information that would be needed so we can get you a quote!



What is you turnaround time?
Our current processing time is 5-7 business days, although most orders are completed within just 2-3 business days, then your items are sent off to ship.  During busy seasons or holidays, some orders can take up to an extra day or two due to the volume of orders. Also please keep in mind that the processing time refers to the amount of time it takes for us to make the items to be personalized and does not include the amount of time it takes to reach you once the completed order has left our facility. Please consider the shipping method you chose at checkout to better calculate the entire turn-around time.

How long is shipping?
Shipping is selected during check out. It can be anywhere from over night to 5-7 days depending on your selection. 

Is it possible to get my items rush ordered?
Of Course, contact us to place your order and we'll add a rush order fee to your items. This fee moves your order to the top of our production schedule and reduces processing time.
